Back in 2022 I posted an article about Will and his books, many of which are monographs of old canary varieties.  You can read it here.  Then things went quiet.  I continued to receive messages from readers trying to obtain copies of his books, but there was no response from Will.  I asked some Scottish contacts if they had any news of him, but there was nothing after 2022.  I began to fear the worst but, out of the blue, I received a message from his step daughter Kirsty Peters who lives in Australia but was on a family visit to Falkirk.  She was able to confirm that many of his books are still available, and best of all, sent me a photo of herself with Will.

Kirsty has now returned to Australia, but her mother Val will be happy to deal with any enquiries for Will’s books.  You can see some of the titles below, but a full list was published in the original article.  Val can be contacted at val.cummings@btopenworld.com .  Payment is by Paypal ‘friends & family’.
